PTA Meetings

The PTA general meetings are always open to the entire school community. These meetings provide a great opportunity to get to know other families in our school.
There are 4 main meetings during the school year, with one meeting taking place every quarter
These in-person meetings provide status updates about the school and request opinions, viewpoints, and votes of the general membership.
The meetings will often have free food and free childcare (courtesy of SACC) as we know that they can sometimes run into family dinner time!

First PTA Meeting - A Taste of Hollin Meadows

Date - Wednesday September 23, 2026

Time - 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Location - HMES Cafeteria

Information - What better way to get to know each other than through a school wide potluck! Families may bring a sweet or savory dish of their choice to share with the rest of the Hollin Meadows ES families! Learn about what it means to be a member of the PTA and all that this organization does throughout the year!

Second PTA Meeting - BINGO Night!
